As warm weather approaches, I keep thinking about our last summer vacation. Last year, we traded our daily routine for the sun-soaked shores of Crete. It was the perfect mix of relaxation, adventure, and togetherness. For seven days — toddler included — we indulged in everything our beautiful resort had to offer. Normally, a resort wouldn’t be our first choice, but with a 2.5-year-old in tow, it turned out to be the best decision we could have made.
From sunrise breakfasts overlooking the Aegean Sea to sunset walks along the beach, it was exactly the kind of grounding, gorgeous getaway I needed. And, of course, no trip ever feels complete without a few of my favorite Hillary Alexandria fine jewelry pieces — each one pairing seamlessly with my looks for our days in Crete — and my Club Affirmation affirmation cards to keep me grounded.

Day 2: Breakfast & Exploring the Resort
I wore my Charm necklace, which felt effortless yet elevated with a breezy sundress. It caught the sunlight beautifully — simple, chic, and perfect for slow mornings.

Day 4: Exploring the Old Town
We wandered beyond the resort into Crete’s charming old town — cobblestone streets, hidden cafés, incredible food, and layers of local history around every corner. For this outing, I chose my Ever Trillion earrings. It added just the right touch to my jumpsuit, making me feel put-together yet relaxed, the way only a meaningful piece can.

Day 6: Sunset Dinner by the Sea
The sound of waves, the golden horizon, and the joy of reflecting on a week well spent made this evening unforgettable. I wore my Vi necklace , a timeless piece that felt like the perfect match for the occasion.

A Family Vacation to Treasure
Our week in Crete was about slowing down, being present, and savoring family. Every laugh, every discovery, every shared meal felt like a gift.

And as always, my jewelry wasn’t just along for the trip as accessories, but as keepsakes — small reminders of the energy I wanted to embody each day: ease, joy, love, and intention.
