Hillary Smith

Hillary Alexandria Smith created a brand called the invoice in 2016 in Los Angeles, California. Love happened a year later and she decided to make the move to Berlin, Germany. Unsure of how to maintain and grow her brand in Europe, she decided to put her passion on hold. 

Having spent an exciting year and a half living abroad, but completely unfulfilled in the work department, Hillary decided to give the invoice another shot, but this time with a new name and her own designs. Drawing inspiration from her past experiences and her minimalist style, she began Hillary Alexandria.       

“In 2016 I created a brand called the invoice selling private-label wholesale items. While I was really excited about this new journey, I also felt there was something missing. There was no connection between me and the products. My biggest desire was to express my creativity by developing something people would love. I really wanted to create pieces that are timeless and more personal. So I began designing, changed the name, and here we are."
